Information is missing or outdated
Public profiles are managed by each church. Contact the church office first so its team can correct an event, announcement or profile detail.
The app is not loading
Check your connection, close and reopen ChurchHQ, then make sure you have the latest version from your app store.
I want to choose another church
Return to the church directory from the app menu, then search for and open the public profile you want to follow.
Privacy and data
Your information matters
If you need a church record corrected or removed, contact your church first because its team manages congregation data. We can help if the church cannot resolve the request.

Tell us your device model, iOS version, ChurchHQ app version, church name and a short description of the issue. Crop or redact sensitive content before attaching a screenshot, and do not send screenshots that contain private information.
